Please note: Not all sponsorships include lunch attendance. This is where you would purchase your lunch tickets or if you need tickets for additional representatives.
BMI will provide beer only for you to serve. You will be assigned a utility cart & responsible for traveling a half portion of the course. You are welcome to bring your own water and soda to serve, as well. You are responsible for providing the signage, coolers & ice for your beverage cart. You will also be announced at the awards ceremony for your sponsorship. This sponsorship includes Lunch Banquet Attendance for 2 representatives.
Your logo will be displayed during the golfer registration on the breakfast table from 7am-8am. You will also receive recognition for your sponsorship at the awards ceremony. This sponsorship includes one representative's lunch attendance with the option for one representative to volunteer during the tournament.
Golfers Only. Golf team sponsors may also donate towards our raffle which will be drawn at the awards ceremony.

You will be assigned a hole to set up your display and greet golfers. We ask that you provide a minimum of water, soda, Gatorade, and light snacks for the golfers at your area. You are allowed to serve alcohol, as well. This sponsorship includes attendance for 2 representatives at the luncheon.
Provide a business card to place in each mulligan packet for the golfers. This sponsorship does not include lunch attendance, but you are welcome to volunteer at the tournament & register for your lunch attendance. Your company will also be recognized for your sponsorship at the awards ceremony.
Sponsor must bring 100 business cards to BMI not later than Nov 18th (CAMY Awards) so we can place them in our Mulligan Packets.
You will be responsible for taking team photos of all golfers at the registration area and during the tournament via a checklist and taking random additional photos on the course of each tent sponsor and at the awards banquet. Your logo will be placed at the bottom-corner of all photos that are distributed via email following the event. You will also be announced at the awards ceremony for your sponsorship. This sponsorship includes lunch for 2 representatives of your company. NOTE: BMI will edit each photo, add your logo and provide a link for all attendees to view them following the tournament. You will be responsible for submitting your photos to the BMI Administrator within 24 hours of the completion of the tournament.
You will be assigned the putting range area to set up a station. (bring your own table and tent).
You will set up a putting challenge contest and keep track of the contest by collecting names and results as each golfer putts. Golfers must have a putting contest entry ticket. You may serve beverages and food. You will be responsible for your own cooler, table & tent. Your company will be announced at the awards ceremony for your sponsorship and your representative will be able to announce the winner of the putting challenge. Lunch for 2 representatives is included.
BMI will provide a sign with your company name at the tee in which you sponsor. This sponsorship does not include lunch attendance, but you are welcome to volunteer at the tournament & register for your lunch attendance. Your company will also be recognized for your sponsorship at the awards ceremony.
